PIZZA MAKING CHAMPIONS

Finalists of the Pizza Making Competition Trials compete for the title of the Australia & New Zealand Pizza Making Champion annually. The winners are the team that achieves the fastest pizza making time whilst observing all rules of pizza making with weight penalties applied.

PRIZE: Each team member receives an embroidered hat and medal. The winning store receives a championship belt.

TOM S MONAGHAN “NOBODY DELIVERS BETTER”

This award is named in honour of the founder of Domino’s and recognises a crucial element of our business success – service. Awarded to the store with the best delivery service %, GPS % and Singles %.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - CUSTOMER’S CHAMPION

Awarded to the store with the highest NPS score

HIGHEST CUSTOMER GROWTH - SSC%

Awarded to the store that records the highest customer growth as a SSC percentage.

BEST OPENING WEEK SALES

Awarded to the store that records the highest sales in their first full trading week.

RICHARD P MUELLER MEMORIAL, HIGHEST SALES GROWTH - SSS%

Awarded to the store that records the highest sales growth as a SSS percentage.

PRIZE: Trophy

 

MOST PROFITABLE STORE - EBITDA $

Awarded to the store that reports the highest profit in $ overall.

PRIZE: Trophy

TIME IS THE ENEMY OF FOOD

Awarded to the store with the lowest estimated delivery time and the fastest overall load time.

HIGHEST SALES

Awarded to the store that records the highest total sales for the awards year.

HIGHEST FSE AVERAGE

This award recognises the store that achieves the highest average Food Safety Evaluation score.

BUSIEST STORE

Awarded to the store that has sold the highest number of pizzas.

Awarded to the store that has demonstrated their commitment to our ESG values through multiple proactive actions within our five Domino’s for Good pillars – our customers, our environment, our food, our community and our people.

Awarded to the store that demonstrates their commitment to promoting Minds & Meals to their customers.

MINDS & MEALS - WORKPLACE GIVING

Awarded to the store with the highest percentage of team members contributing to Minds & Meals.

PRIZE: Trophy

PARTNER’S FOUNDATION - WORKPLACE GIVING

Awarded to the store with the highest percentage of team members contributing to the Partners Foundation.

Conditions

  • To be eligible for awards in the Store Awards Category, the store must have been trading for at least 50 weeks of the calendar year.

  • To be eligible for the HIGHEST SALES GROWTH and the HIGHEST CUSTOMER GROWTH awards, stores must have traded for at least 50 weeks in each of the two consecutive calendar years.

  • For the TOM S MONAGHAN, “NOBODY DELIVERS BETTER” award,  , any service integrity issues during the awards year may be grounds for disqualification.

  • For the  TOM S MONAGHAN, “NOBODY DELIVERS BETTER” award, the store must average a minimum of 50 deliveries per week.

  • For the BEST OPENING WEEK SALES award, a full trading week means the first 7 consecutive trading days beginning from Monday.

  • To be eligible for the MOST PROFITABLE STORE, EBITDA $ award, PnLs must be submitted by the deadline each month.

  • For the EDT CHAMPION, TOM S MONAGHAN, “NOBODY DELIVERS BETTER” and TIME IS THE ENEMY OF FOOD awards, stores must have a minimum of 90% assigned deliveries for the award period

  • Awards will not be presented for categories where there are no eligible candidates.
