Awarded to the Store Manager who achieves the highest combined average Star Report, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ. The Store Manager must have held a position as Store Manager for more than one year and all 12 PnLs must be submitted by the cut off in January.

Where the prize includes a monetary value, the prize winner will have this paid as a ‘bonus’ subject to all relevant taxes.
Where the prize includes a trophy, only one will be presented. Should the winner wish to order a duplicate, this may be able to be arranged at their own cost.
Where the prize includes an embroidered shirt, one will be produced per person/store as named on the award. Should the winner wish to order a duplicate, this can be arranged at their own cost.
Any Manager that has been disqualified three times or more for integrity will not be eligible for awards.
Awards will not be presented for categories where there are no eligible candidates.
