Awarded to the Franchise Partner that grows the most successful new Franchise Partner into the system. The new Franchise Partner will be assessed on OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

A Hands on Hero is a single unit Franchise Partner who manages their store. The award recognises the Franchise Partner who achieves the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

MULTI-UNIT FRANCHISE PARTNER OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the Multi-Unit Franchise Partner whose stores achieve the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

Awarded to the Franchise Operations Team Member whose stores have the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

REGIONAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the Regional Manager whose region has the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

DELIVERY EXPERT OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the delivery expert with the most deliveries and who deosn’t have a material number of speeding incidents. The driver must not have been involved in any traffic incidents during the year.

ROOKIE MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the Rookie Manager who achieves the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Awarded to the Manager who achieves the highest combined average for OER, FSE, ATD, PnL EBITDA %, Load Time, Food Variance, Singles % and PQ.

Awarded to the Franchise Partner whose group sales exceed $10million

Awarded to the Franchise Partner who exemplifies the power of peer-to-peer support and mentorship. Nominations submitted from fellow Franchise Partners.

Management of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited reserves the right to alter awards criteria should any market conditions change.
Prizes listed are indicative only and are subject to change at the discretion of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited.
Where the prize includes a cheque, the prize winner will have this paid as a ‘bonus’ subject to all relevant taxes.
Where the prize includes a trophy, only one item will be presented. Should the winner wish to order a duplicate, this can be arranged at their own cost.
Where the prize includes an embroidered shirt, one will be produced per person/store as named on the award. Should the winner wish to order a duplicate, this can be arranged at their own cost.
Where the prize includes travel costs to the World Wide Rally (WWR), this is to cover flights and accommodation only to the destination where the event is being held, up to and not exceeding the maximum value of the prize.
The prize winner will be responsible for organising all travel arrangements and must submit receipts for reimbursement. If the value of the flights and accommodation is less than the maximum value of the prize, the remaining amounts will be forfeited. If the value exceeds the maximum value, any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize can only be used at the next available WWR and not transferrable to another year, unless exceptional circumstances.
If the same person wins multiple times prior to WWR being held, the second amount will be held for the next available WWR.
If a person leaves the business prior to the next WWR, the winnings will be forfeited.
Any Manager that has been disqualified three times or more for integrity will not be eligible for awards.
Any Regional Leader (“RL”) that has been disqualified three times or more for integrity will not be eligible for awards.
To be eligible for the DELIVERY EXPERT OF THE YEAR award, the team member must have completed a minimum of 1,000 deliveries in the calendar year.
To be eligible for MANAGER OF THE YEAR award, the team member must have held a position as Store Manager for more than one year and all 12 PnLs must be submitted by the cut off in January.
To be eligible for ROOKIE MANAGER OF THE YEAR award, the team member must have held a position as Store Manager for more than six months but less than 12 months and all 7 to 12 PnLs must be submitted by the cut off in January.
To be eligible for the REGIONAL LEADER OF THE YEAR award, candidates must oversee on average, a minimum of three stores, i.e. 150 weeks of store data.
To qualify as a MULTI-UNIT FRANCHISE PARTNER, a Franchise Partner must own on average, a minimum of three stores, i.e. 150 weeks of store data.
To qualify for the FRANCHISE HANDS ON HERO award, all 12 PnLs must be submitted by the cut off in January and the Franchise Partner’s store must have been trading for at least 50 weeks of the calendar year.
To qualify for the HOME GROWN FRANCHISE PARTNER DEVELOPMENT award the new Franchise Partner must have been trading for a minimum of six months, up to a maximum of 18 months.
To qualify for $10 MILLION DOLLAR CLUB, stores must achieve 3.5 star OER and less than 25min ATD.
Awards will not be presented for categories where there are no eligible candidates.
