NEW INCENTIVE FOR STORE MANAGERS 

The Domino’s Store Manager Rally Grant is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of Dominoids. This initiative provides five (5) Domino’s store managers from across Australia and New Zealand with the opportunity to attend the Domino’s Rally 2026.

The program is aimed at store managers who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience this conference and Gala Awards Dinner. By providing access to learning, networking, and mentorship, Domino’s aims to support career development and celebrate the leaders of tomorrow.

Each of the five winners will receive:

  • Tickets to attend the full 2-day Domino’s Rally 2026 conference and Gala Awards Dinner.

  • AUD $1,500 (or NZD equivalent) contribution towards flights and accommodation – paid to the winner’s franchisee who will pass onto the winner.

  • A 1:1 mentor session with a Domino’s leader post Rally.

TIMELINE

  • Applications Open: 6 October 2025

  • Applications Close: 14 November 2025

  • Judging Period: 1 to 12 December 2025

  • Winners Announced: 19 December 2025

  • Rally Event: 3 & 4 March 2026


ELIGIBILITY

  • Open only to current Domino’s store managers in Australia and New Zealand who have been with the company for longer than 2 years.

  • Applicants must be employed by Domino’s at the time of application and at the time of the Rally.

  • Only one application per store manager will be accepted.

  • Store Managers must first gain approval from their franchisee to apply, and all winning funds will be paid to the franchisee from DPE to be passed onto the winner.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants must submit a case study, either in written form (max. 1,000 words) or as a video (max. 3 minutes), addressing the following:

  • Their Domino’s career journey so far.

  • The challenges they’ve overcome and achievements they’re proud of.

  • Where they would like to take their career with Domino’s.

  • How attending the Domino’s Rally will inspire and impact their professional journey.

Applications must be submitted by 14 November 2025.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Applications will be reviewed by a panel from the Domino’s Support Office. Winners will be selected based on:

  • Authenticity & passion for their Domino’s career.

  • Leadership potential and future aspirations within the business.

  • Creativity & clarity of their story (whether written or video).

  • Alignment with Domino’s values and growth mindset.
